Thread: MoBlock not starting in 9.10

i can't start moblock under ubuntu 9.10. cleared blockcontrol.log file know in recent attempt start, here entire file:

for record i'm not sure "white_tc_forward" for, filled in use safe.

help? running on school pc, network has firewalls out there somewhere, nothing in control of. if means anything, have been running peerblock under windows server 2003 few months no problems. in advance help!
