Convert doc to PDF and make it available for workspace

hi,

 

is there way, how convert doc file pdf file , make available workspace (accept - deny scenario)?

lets say, have contract has approved manager. convert doc pdf file , send to-do queue. decides if agreement or bad one.

 

i see couple of tricks in this. first, converted file needs have process fields included, has form.

converted file flat pdf. tried use ddx merge flat pdf , form process fields, throwed , error.

workaround creating envelope saying, hey, in attachments section, there need review.

i can create attachment in form ddx code, in ddx ui interface, reason, wont work in process in lc.

also, have difficulties routes after user hits accept, deny buttons in workspace, nothing happens :-(

 

could please give me advices, kind of variables need, types should , how process should looklike? want invoke on wsdl @ least 1 document has passed on it. envelope can in resources section in lc (makes sense, not know how address in ddx , afterwards)

i think putting word document on attachment easiest way.

 

in user step, under 'attachments , notes' can specify list of attachment want see @ particular step. thing need worry put word document in document variable. put document variable list.
