Thread: spell check broken in oo 3 writer

the spell checker on installation of open office 3.0 writer in ubuntu 9.04 amd64 doesn't work. have been through options route, following buit in , set english. didn't work. have been online, using link inside program, , put new version of dictionary on desktop , added , didn't work either. have reinstalled whole thing via synaptic , didn't work either. using abword in meantime rather have open office working again. in 3 cases gui seems think when check page of garbage words told check complete. can not use enable tab writer seems think dictionary present , enabled anyway. know may wrong in setup or have fix this?

think it's bug. ooo3.1.1 in arch , sidux both have broken spell checking , suspect in kubuntu
downloading ooo3.2 in arch - i'll let know if it's fixed in bit...

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe

esp8266 (nodemcu 0.9) client.write très lent ???
