meassuring temperature of flowing liquid in a pc water cooling project

dear arduino community,
i'ld start learning arduino doing concrete (simple) project. i'ld measure temperature in water cooling loop of pc , decide, based on current temp, how speed fans.
i found shield control pwm fans. looking smart gadget measure temp of liquid. there components aquacomputer, can be  connected to g1/4 socket. unfortunately have no idea, how connect these arduino , read out signals, convert them celsius representations; , there seems no specification. 10 kohm sensor...
do have idea, how measure temp of liquid in water cooling loop?
thanks in advance!

any chance bit more passing reference hardware in question , actually
post links mean?  full details means quick answers, lack of information leads q&a sessions that
waste time concerned.  don't mean rude, not possible explain how interface
to unknown piece of hardware....
