PSE6 Unable to Open Saved JPGs

after save photo have edited in program, when attempt open saved image computer, asked enter serial number.  when enter serial number, tells me incorrect.  now, not incorrect number, more importantly... why required enter serial number open file *just* saved?

 

am doing wrong? or software issue?

try resetting editor preferences. press alt+ctrl +shift on welcome screen , click edit. asked delete settings. click ok , try.

 

else may be  symptoms of licensing problem. suggest printing out instructions , installing licensing patch again:

after downloading ".zip" file, use operating system or utility such winzip or pkzip access file's contents.
1. download attachment.
2. unzip/uncompress file folder on system.
3. make sure acrobat not running. if system has adobe creative suite® applications installed, make sure not running.
4. click vista start button, enter "taskmgr" in start search field , press enter.
5. click on processes tab, click button "show processes users".
6. if fnplicensingservice process running, click on it, click "end process" button , confirm process should stopped.
7. exit task manager.
8. right-click instas.exe file , select "run administrator." command prompt window should appear , display "trying install anchor service."
9. upon completion, reboot system , launch acrobat.
