Audio issues in Presenter-Is Adobe listening?

with documented issues of users unable edit audio files in presenter or have lost media.ppcx file no logical reason, wonder if adobe listening. these serious, serious issues. no official response adobe (that have seen) or kind of work around, @ loss how sell presenter clients, , not promote other alternatives.

 

in real world, edits audio inevitable. , when have resynch 120 animations on 45 slides because of lost audio file, adobe costing me money! if can't go presenter module , delete phrase without deleting entire ppcx file or have edits ignored, why using presenter , not articulate?  come on adobe-i kniow own world, own nothing without us. can word on issue someone?

i second statements , applaud them.  perhaps if our companies began billing adobe lost work time based on re-creating audio files, or reimporting mp3s , re-syncing animations, pay attention.  desperately need authority adobe address , fix problem of lost audio files.
