DSN settings

i trying set cartweaver has installed right point need set dsn settings. here confused! database trying connect titled uttshop.mbd. trying set via coldfusion administrator. can please tell me if cf data source name must match of database? each time use name , use browse server name io error message. can tell novice , grateful.

 

i using xp home , thought ought mention becasue of searching has come windows 98 , me only. reason setting becasue want set shop on site after using setup host , finding expensive.
