ap ssid change with external rootfs

hi!

i have yun external rootfs on sd card (expandingyundiskspace) in ap mode. if change default ssid (arduino yun-xxxxxxxxxx) to, e.g., myap (either in webpanel or editing /etc/config/wireless) cannot connect yun's wifi anymore. have tested different combinations of 2 yuns , several laptops , phones. if boot yun without sd overlay, change ssid there myap well, , boot yun again sd overlay in place, yun's wifi ap works ok , can connect.

i ran problem when cloned sd card of first yun , tried use on second yun. ssid on second yun different ssid on cloned sd card.  it seems if using external rootfs on sd card, , using yun in ap mode, ssids in /etc/config/wireless of original filesystem , in /etc/config/wireless in overlaying filesystem have identical.

in client mode can change target ssid without problems.

my yuns running latest firmware 1.5.3.

is normal behaviour?

ok, factory resetted yun, made external rootfs on sd card, , installed software need in project. works expected; can change ssid , still connect yun.
