Articles vs. Static content - when and why? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i'm getting joomla site , running when hit me.  when use articles vs static content create pages?  advantages of 1 on other?

i'm confused concept of articles , static.

please advise!

i never use static content personally. because don't use categories , sections set-up how site flows, how organize articles. static articles sort of "catch-all" category articles don't know put them.

think of sections cabinets , categories folders organizing articles or papers. think of static articles cabinet on side doesn't have category. should make sense, , how work.

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe

esp8266 (nodemcu 0.9) client.write très lent ???
