Thread: 2.6.31-19 upgrade broke grub2

hi all
upgraded yesterday ubuntu 9.10 2.6.31-19 kernel. after reboot, stack grub black screen. no possibilities.

set-up triple boot 9.04, 9.10 , winxp. mbr handled win boot.ini no problems.
each ubuntu partition has grub installed in it.
9.04 on sda5 grub installed on ext3
9.10 on sda9 grub2 installed on ext4

able boot sda9, via grub of sda5 passing correct kernel parameters , uuid.

appreciate on how fix grub2 installed on sda9.
did follow number of suggestions read in other threads no success.
thank in advance

did reinstall grub2 in partition. (whoever are) not install partition , may break if files moved. can force grub2 install partition.

using windows boot unusual not many here know including me. see configuration:

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe

esp8266 (nodemcu 0.9) client.write très lent ???
