what does exactly cache bridge cs3 ?

i know bridge cs3 uses cache ,i cache

i know cache raw files when open in camera raw

i know cache thumbnails

but cache images , mean when use the slide show or view photo raw , jpg , psd example?

i mean in cache folder bridge cs3 store?
