Errors installing 4.1 Updates on Vista64 (ppro,afx,ame)

hi there,

tried installing new updates 11 times now. using update function bridge, tried premiere pro. same error:

 

download seems completed correctly (checked filepath locations, , there zip files 3 4.1 updates).

but when tries installing, after while get:

i guess ame , afterfx updates can't installed, since rely on premiere pro update. , since isn#t working in first place...i these errors whole pakage.

never had issues installing via update function.

i'm using production premium on vista ultimate 64 sp2 (the new service pack causing this???!!)

another thought:

 

since errors pont language files not being installed on system, hope doesn't have i'm germany, using german vista, english instalation of production premium.

 

i bought english version (not real multilanguage; englisch (great britain), french , spanisch think), since wanted morge familier english language in video apps, since i'm planning work in (someday filmstudio see of value... )
