Broken Joomla install on new host - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,
i've moved hosts, imported database , copied whole site via ftp. reasons don't understand, site broken in many places , i'm not sure how proceed. following list of problems site, versed in joomla can identify might happening here:

- home page /index.php working no links are.
- have manually enter mydomain.com/index.php rather http://www.mydomain.com, if enter domain see parking page.
- have set site offline mode see offline message if, above, enter ...com/index.php
- strangely, articles written "webadmin" whereas before written me.
- admin backend broken, i'm getting following errors appear when navigate different parts of admin:
 
fatal error: call undefined method version::gethelpversion() in /home/admin/public_html/administrator/includes/menubar.html.php on line 481

warning: invalid argument supplied foreach() in /home/admin/public_html/administrator/modules/mod_logged.php on line 66

fatal error: call undefined method database::getnulldate() in /home/admin/public_html/administrator/components/com_content/admin.content.php on line 376

- i've tried installing fresh joomla 1 copy of admin can't login using username/pass if this.

what recommend? time,

an heck of lot of questions there, simplest 1 first, it's getting late here.

using ftp prog/cpanel file manager, delete servers' holding page @ root/index.htm(l) joomla install, using index.php, can found yourdomain.com
