Flash Player Installs but Uninstalls When Switching Users

i use vista business on home computer.  we have multiple users on our computer.  i not have problem installing flash player, when switch users or restart computer, player not work.  we used ie7 , ie8 , flash 10.0.22.87.

 

after switching users or restarting, when visit website needs flash, message don't have flash.  if follow link download flash, message installation successful completion movie not show.  we have close browser reinstall abobe website.

 

we have temporary fix.  double click on flashutil10b.exe in c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash.  that works until next time switch users or restart computer. 

 

the player not stop working if single users exits ie , opens later.

 

i have tried troubleshooting methods in abode support.

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe

esp8266 (nodemcu 0.9) client.write très lent ???
