Can change of analogue voltage change the output pin and turn pins On/OFF?

i'm beginning learn arduino programming. , i'm wanting move on project. so, i'm hoping can help, in way.

can please tell me whether possible use potentiometer vary analoge voltage pin a0, , produce result such when voltage rises there change in output pin. so, instance, input voltage 0.5v,  d4 pin turns on @ 5v, when voltage reaches 1v d4 goes 0v d5 turns on @ 5v, when 1.5v reached d5 goes 0v , d6 goes 5v. thank you.

of course.
just read voltage on analog pin , set digital pins accordingly. need bunch of if/then statements that.

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe

esp8266 (nodemcu 0.9) client.write très lent ???
