Questions regarding Power of LED´s on Altair 8800 Emulator

so, trying build altair 8800 of arduino mega 2560 [https://create.arduino.cc/projecthub/david-hansel/arduino-altair-8800-simulator-3594a6]
i took shematics [https://goo.gl/bqxnx3] , think can of question asking myself how can provide power switches , led´s if there 5 x 5v pins saw picture of inside [https://goo.gl/8kcozh] , asked myself how did ? have ideas don´t seem right. there available? much.

the 5 volts leds coming separate 5 volt source. anyway, 5 volts each led connected same source, not individual pin on arduino circuit board.
