CS4 Media encoder - Crop+Resize problem

i`m attempting both crop , resize video @ same time.

i have avchd 1920x1080 premiere cs4 project. export media encoder.

i`m attempting encode flv or f4v.

after having cropped video in media encoder resize encounter problem:

i have 3 options in output settings:

scale fit/black borders/change output size.

`black borders` not want. need frame contain nothing outside of image.

if choose `scale fit` video immidiately becomes terribly blurred. can`t not resolution issue size 429x622 after crop , original hd (and if encode result accordingly strangely blurred) can resize video `blurred`.

if instead, in output settings choose `change output size` normal video image (no blur, is)  the `resize video` interface under `video` tab disabled - greyed out ( though checkbox next still marked) , width , height boxs greyed out too. can`t resize.

i`ve attached message jpeg capturing part of frame show strange blurring problem greyed out `resize` interface.

what doing wrong ?

the preview size dropdown set "fit", instead of "100%" more accurate preview. ame scale (or down) destination video preview application window changes size. if destination video size small, scaling result in appears exaggerated degradation of image. set dropdown "100%", , you'll better able judge compression settings.

 

i've attached screen caps show dropdown is, , difference when looking @ "fit" versus "100%".
