How to publish video?

okay guys i'm kind of new premiere pro cs3 , wondering how publish video?

the video used in video 1280x720 25fps wmv file.

to publish go file > export > adobe media encoder. in "present" selected hdtv 720p 25 high quality.

is how publish?

 

what i'm making tv show , there's ad @ bottom writing, shapes etc kind of not high quality (hd)

anyway fix this?

 

btw, there in adobe premiere pro alow fixing windy noises? i've got footage can hear wind want rid of that!

first, need think want/intend, when "publish" movie. want burn sd-dvd, or bd, or want upload "streaming" content? there lot of choices make initially. determine workflow path use. without info, no 1 know. make decision first, ask advice, predicated on choice. until then, answer be, "it depends."

 

for wind noise, there audio effects in prpro, limited. there 3rd party vst plug-ins can too. there more tools in soundbooth, critical work, recommend adobe audition (if you're on pc) , pro tools, if on mac. can done "improve" audio, you, though listening , tweaking, ever know if it's "fixed."

 

as ads, again answer "it depends." please describe, or better yet, post snippet of footage, or screen-cap program monitor view, , tell want removed. also, need tell answer first paragraph above. determine best way handle desire "remove" ad.

 

aftereffects high-powered x-platform animation program. more, main use general users. of can done in prpro. 1 might have more control, or tools in ae, prpro can handle lot of animation too. use it, until run out of tools work, move ae. there in particular, wish do? direct prpro, or ae.
