monitor multiple beehives from one

hi guys,

i have been pondering on project multiple weeks , kind of lost. have multiple plausible solutions, none 'the' solution in eyes.

what talking about? have arduino mini pro connected 3 ds18b20, dht22 , rfm95 lora radio. unit monitors 1 of beehives , sends temperature , humidity thethingsnetwork.

i have ds sensors connected different pins, i'm sure sensor which. change sensors when have replace stuff in hive, sensor id's can change. pin1 box1, pin 2 box2... can't loop through sensors far know.

as have hives in places don't have ttn coverage looking towards gprs send data. these modules quite expensive (if want monitor 20 50 hives in future), want combine multiple hives 4 or 6 example) on 1 node.

things have thought of:

- connect ds18 sensors 1 arduino pro mini, 1 pin per hive, 3 6 sensors per pin. hard code sensor id's know sensor is. no easy way replace sensors without reprogramming or using sd card sensor id's

- let arduino pro emulate 1- wire slave. looked this, seems beyond skill level build cratch.

- build arduino pro mini i2c slave communicates sensor data master adruino. hives ar not more few meters apart, should plousible solution.

- connect 3 6 sensors ds2482-800 1-wire master chip, 1 chip per hive. gave on there no 'decent' libraries find. gave on until found one: https://github.com/mario67/ds2482mm.

- have been thinking wireless solutions bluetooth or rf, mean master should on able receive data slaves

is there overlooked, miracle solution didn't think of? or have pointers things listed above.

ooh did mention has low power? i'm using ds16850 batteries.

thanks taking time read through this. hint/tips/.. appreciated!

can provide sketch illustrates hives relative each other distances marked on it?
