Unable to open config file to write! Help. - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hiya, wondered if can advise. have installed new joomla site v.1.0.14. fine apart when try change global permissions error message error has occurred! unable open config file write!

i have checked previous posts on topic , see recommend checking permissions of configuration.php file ensure writable. files , folders writable , in global config screen says...  configuration.php :  writeable

does have other ideas causing this? have had problem other sites i've done has been case of changing permissions , have been fine, @ loss here. help.

i can edit articles okay. however, can't delete or upload picures etc. using media manager.

i have same problem. says config writable, when go save it says: error has occurred! unable open config file write!

using version 1.0.15

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe

esp8266 (nodemcu 0.9) client.write très lent ???
