How to make logo metallic gold

i'm trying make metallic gold version of company logo celebrate our 50th anniversary.  not printed.  used in pdf version of our catalog , possibly on our website.  i've tried searching forum (both in illustrator , photoshop) little success.  i'm still beginner in ai advice have basic (sorry).  in advance!

the appearance of metallic gold created colour gradient. gradient should go white , colour again, possibly different tinges, , convincing raylike effect make whitish part narrow, in other words steeper gradient round whitish part.

 

there different opinions of right colour of gold; in area of m = 15 - 24 , y = 100.

 

gold colours range white or greenish yellow copper red; in cases, appearance dirty. there overview of colours here, depending on contents , kinds of other metals: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/gold.

 

the colour(s) , gradient(s) choose depend on logo, of course.

 

so if upload image, may suggestions, preferably using camera icon or uploading website avoid present queueing of images.

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe

esp8266 (nodemcu 0.9) client.write très lent ???
