i'm new arduino able install ide 1 of windows 10 pc computers without problem , works fine. in trying install brand new window 10 laptop, got work project then, after installing other stuff, , having few days pass, went in , projects started giving me message "error compiling board arduino/genuino mega or mega 2560."
i ended uninstalling ide , trying reinstall. when re-installing message saying not have permission access folder 4.9.2 (in hardware folder). administrator, , folder properties, have full control. appears folder still has same files in install package (they did not delete when uninstalled) when skip step (or try copy them manually, doesn't work), still cannot compile sketch.
ideas?
