Video Streaming Issue with Rolling Audio

i have several flash based lessons have created being distributed online several companies.

each lesson has video played within lesson through flvplayback control. videos supplied third party , of videos encoded @ 384k , @ 568k.

one company attempting view lessons seeing following behavior. video plays approximately 20 seconds video drops out , audio continues play. audio still playing video scrubber rolls , attempts start video again comes through audio track again. there 2 instances of audio playing no video. happens third time , keeps going until audio played out.

the staff @ company has showed me fiddler log shows flash player making connection out akamai retrieve video , rolling port 80 port 1935 , port 443. explain 3 audio tracks playing

i have read flash player attempt gather stream stated rtmp location , if encounters issue proxy or firewall attempt other ports.

so not sure if there can design or programatically alleviate issue. appears me company attempting view video has kind of bandwidth throttling program in place kicking off behavior in flash player.

is possible prevent flash player making 3 attempts? sudden cut of bandwidth prompt player attempt roll port if network load balancing program kicked in? if bandwidth why audio stream continues play because there enough bandwidth audio track through, not video?

i have attached screen shot of sniffer output can see rolling ports thing.

i have update this. created simple flash movie has flvplayback component in , traces out player states textbox can see them. had customer hit url posted movie , said loaded , played without issue. totally @ loss because control streaming movie same exact location lessons.
