Submit Button Does Not Work...Purple one and Gray One

 

hello,

please me.

i creating form , wanted test first.

*             created in adobe pro extended.

*             imported adobe lifecyle.

 

i wanted test form before submitted group.

note: somewhere....somehow... made "submit button", grey button between "reset form" , "print form" use... "send from" to: test@test.com.

also after import new "same form alc, click on submit button , goto ""object field" , enter acquisitions@sixsigma2.com email address , change email subject.

however every time when i'm using alc, click file>>>.distribute form..... distribute form pop-up window opens up.

i click "manually collect responses in email in box.>>>click next>>>tick "save local copy , manually send later.

i save "c:\users\nimda\desktop\long-term care ombudsman volunteer application\long-term care ombudsman volunteer application_distributed.pdf"

click next>>>click finish.

i goto desktop , open "long-term care ombudsman volunteer application_distributed.pdf" , try test , still receive same send from" to: test@test.com.

please help

how can change that, want test form using email address , information, before changing proper email address  , submitting group.
