Nextion Displays - any good?

i have found nextion touch screen displays itead (and various generic copies) claimed work arduino. can't find current or recent information on these, have experience or comments can share?

i idea of interactive display/mmi go battery discharge data logger building, idea of "virtual" inputs number of other possible projects.

any comments gratefully received.

since no 1 answered you, thought try. have couple of these displays, , work well. concept use onboard processor control aspects of display. arduino/other type of processor provides data. can free arduino other things. unfortunately these displays can expensive compared android smart phone or tablet. advantages of these devices can use them other things. more memory, faster processor, , operating system. depends on need product. whether need dedicated display, or can use portable display/android device. advantage is, learn how interface arduino android device.
